Essential storage
TripLoop stores your sign-in session and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. Without this you cannot stay signed in, save trips or copy an itinerary. It cannot be switched off while you use an account.
Booking-link click records
When you tap a booking or partner link on a trip, TripLoop records the trip, the creator, the type of link (flights, stays, activities, transport) and the destination URL. This is how the traveller who wrote the itinerary gets credit for the referral. If you choose “Essential only”, the click is recorded without any link to your account.
Optional analytics
If you accept all cookies, booking-link clicks are associated with your account so we can show creators accurate performance and give you a consistent experience across devices. You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Third-party sites
Booking partners such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Google Flights and Rome2Rio set their own cookies once you land on their site. Those cookies are governed by their policies, not ours.
